한국서비스대상 인증마크 Inducted into the Korea Service Grand Prix Hall of Fame
  • The Korea Service Grand Prix Hall of Fame is an honor allowed only to corporations maintaining excellent service qualities which are selected through a rigorous process of document review, on-site examination, and final appraisal among companies awarded the Korea Service Grand Prix by the Korean Standards Association for over five straight years. SFMI was inducted into the hall of fame in 2011 for the first time for a domestic insurance company.

  • The Customer Satisfaction Management Grand Prix Hall of Fame is an honor allowed only to corporations maintaining excellent customer satisfaction indexes which are selected through a rigorous process of document review, on-site examination, and final deliberation among companies awarded the Customer Satisfaction Management Grand Prix by Korea Management Association for over five straight years. SFMI was inducted into the hall of fame in 2011 as the first insurance company achieving such a feat.

  • In the domestic financial industry, SFMI has maintained the longest-standing honor as the no. 1 property & casualty insurer for 18 consecutive years in the National Customer Satisfaction Index Survey jointly administered by Korea Productivity Center, Chosun Daily, and Michigan University.
한국산업의 고객만족도(KCSI) 인증마크 Ranked Top in Korean Customer Satisfaction Index for 21 Consecutive Years
  • SFMI earned the top score in Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) Survey of Korea Management Association Consulting, in both automobile insurance and long-term insurance segments. The company has ranked first for 21 consecutive years in automobile insurance business and for 8 consecutive years in long-term insurance business.
한국서비스품질지수(KS-SQI) 인증마크 Ranked Top in KS-SQI for 17 Consecutive Years
  • SFMI has maintained no. 1 position for 17 consecutive years in automobile insurance business and for 5 years in long-term insurance business in Korean Standard Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) by Korea Standards Association. This is the longest-standing honor in the domestic financial industry.

  • SFMI received the Presidential Citation of the 36th National Productivity Award Grand Prix in This citation is awarded by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy to corporations and institutions that have accomplished productivity growth through business innovation. SFMI won the citation for the first time in the insurance industry.
금융감독원 민원발생평가 등급 인증마크 Ranked Top in FSS Evaluation on Consumer Complaints Resolution for Three Consecutive Years
  • Korea Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) has rated financial companies based on their efforts to resolve consumer complaints and the size of business, and disclosed the ratings since Out of ten rounds, SFMI won the top (excellent) rating in seven rounds, and was selected as “Top Financial Company” in 2014 evaluation.
