Onboarding Program

To ensure swift adaptation and competency improvement, SFMI provides new employees with a full suite of support including onboarding program, on-the-job training, and one-on-one mentoring program for a year upon their joining the company. Employees also have a chance to participate in a special event with senior employees to commemorate their work anniversary.

SFMI University

SFMI University is a comprehensive talent development platform to cultivate leaders and experts in global insurance and financial markets. It runs 250 offline courses and 1,900 online courses to help employees strengthen competitiveness and develop expertise.

SFMI provides various opportunities for key talents to maximize their competency and develop leadership, such as MBA in prestigious foreign universities, secondment programs to overseas subsidiaries, acquisition of master’s degree from prestigious domestic universities or work-related professional certifications (actuary, claim adjustor, etc.). The company continues to care these talents even after completion of programs.

HRD Infrastructure

SFMI runs training institutes internally to provide differentiated HRD programs. Global campus for professional training (located in Goyang) and Yuseong campus (located in Daejeon) for healing and relaxation create an optimal environment for employees to immerse in learning and study and to train mind and body.
