One-department-one-child matching project is a corporate philanthropy initiative where a department is matched with a child to provide support.

Launched in April 2013, one-department-one-child matching project is a corporate philanthropy initiative where each department in SFMI is matched with a child in need to provide financial and emotional support. With Dream Fund raised by SFMI employees every month, the project has aided children not only financially but also emotionally through various programs such as special programs in the month of family and year-end make-a-wish programs.
