- SFMI’s Risk Consultants(RCs) are financial specialists who provide our customers with optimal insurance consulting and services and they are valued partners and essential assets to our business.
- SFMI RCs comply with principles of complete sales to build up trust with customers, and they are required to accurately explain the details of products and services so that customers have a full and clear understanding. Thanks to tremendous efforts of RCs and employees for complete sales, there has been no sanctions imposed related to customer information protection over the past three years.
Claims Settlement Partners
- SFMI teams up with leading roadside assistance providers and repair shops across the nation to provide our customers with efficient and convenient claim settlement services.
- Once an accident is reported and processed through SFMI Call Center, our roadside assistance and claim partners take immediate action and conduct preliminary investigations into the site of the accident to control damage and reassure customers.
- In compliance with SFMI’s ethical management principles, SFMI-dedicated repair shop AnyCar Land and partner repair shop Anycar Family Center deliver swift and honest repair services to our customers.
General Partners
- SFMI has enacted the Basic Principles on Social Responsibility of SFMI Partners” to induce socially responsible management and change from our partners, and raised transaction transparency through fair trade process.
- SFMI reviews partners’ fulfillment of social responsibility through regular monitoring and meetings with employees of partner companies. The company offers incentives to excellent partners by awarding long-term contracts, and helps them to sustain efforts for ethical management, human rights protection, safety management, and environment protection, etc.
